Mr. Rothschild was born in Columbus, Georgia on April 5, 1970. He graduated from the Brookstone School in Columbus, Georgia in 1988. After graduating from high school, Mr. Rothschild attended the University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, and graduated in 1994 with Bachelors degrees in both history and religion.
After graduating from the University of Georgia, Mr. Rothschild was accepted to the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University and graduated in May of 2000. Mr. Rothschild also studied law at University College, Oxford, England, for a semester abroad in 1998 through the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Upon successfully passing the Georgia bar examination, Mr. Rothschild became an associate with Rothschild and Morgan, PC.
Mr. Rothschild is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (2001), the Alabama State Bar (2002) and the bars of the United States District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Georgia.
